LWAPH400 adopts the touch screen friendly human-machine interface; the duplex cylinder punching pin could be switched to punch the large chip or small chip. Servo motor and the imported gapless built-in ball and lead screw feeding with high precision.
The feeding/punching methods include three-mould, four-mould and five-mould.
1、The material is fed into the machine for punching by servomotor and after pouching the servomotor material is sent out for collection. The whole process is stable and reliable.
2、The feeding speed of the INLAY sheet and the hole position can be changed through modifying the parameter of the servo system on the touch screen. It is very easy.
3、There are two different punching sizes (big hole and small hole) for same model chip in a same mould which can be switched easily through touch screen. For different model of chip, only need to replace the mould which is very easy. .
4、Automatic PLC program-controlled, operated on touch screen human-machine interface.
