This product is a rotary labeling machine. It has good structures and occupies less space. The outside is made of stainless metal and non-metal. It was designed based on the bottle style provided by our customer and its correspondent standard labels. If customer wants to change bottle size and use nonstandard pattern label, all correspondent parts can be modified. The bottles used accord with the guidelines of GB4544, GB946 and GB659, and the labels accord with the guideline of GB7718.
This machine operates under an electronic engine which speed is controlled by a
frequence alteration system. Besides, its speed can also be manipulated by an air and
electrical power system. Therefore, the machine can change its speed smoothly, be able to alter speed according to bottle volume to fit in with the product output and guarantee a safe operation.
The operation system of this machine is on the operation box at the front of the machine. The components setup and wiring number in the electronic equipment manipulation box can be seen on the electrical control wiring diagram. the setup of electronic control components can be seen on the auto-control mechanism electrical air diagram.
